Coaching
As a coach, I help leaders develop clarity about what they want and need in order to move toward the excellence they envision. Through reflective processes and built-in accountability, my clients clarify their thinking, allowing them to make thoughtful, strategic decisions and plans. I support them in staying grounded in their goals and values as they navigate challenges, opportunities, and growth.
Mentoring
As a mentor, I guide and advise leaders navigating the complexities of their roles. Drawing on over 30 years of leadership experience, I offer ideas, perspectives, structure, and a confidential space to sort through challenges and opportunities. I am especially committed to supporting leaders who are new to their positions as they develop confidence, clarity, and the capcity to thrive in their early years of leadership.
Special Projects
As a consultant, I partner with clients on customized projects designed to meet their specific goals and contexts. These engagements may include speaking, workshops, facilitation, or targeted consultation. My areas of expertise include positive organizational culture, growth mindset, social and emotional learning, strengths-based approaches to learning and leadership, effective communication, and more. While much of my work is rooted in education, these principles apply broadly across mission-driven settings.
